The fine curry powder is rusty brown and highly aromatic. The mixture tastes full-bodied with a variety of spices and very good. With the help of this mixture, I succeed in my curry dishes in no time at all and they taste great. The price is also okay for a product according to Demeter guidelines. I am very happy to recommend this curry mix to others.
Ein echtes Curry besteht aus vielen verschiedenen fremdartigen Gewürzen. Ist man kein Experte, fällt es nicht leicht diese richtig einzusetzen und abzuschmecken. Aus diesem Grund verwende ich sehr gerne fertige Currymischungen, die erleichtern mir das Kochen. Das Golden Curry von Lebensbaum finde ich ideal für würzige Gerichte, die nicht zu scharf werden sollen. Das feine Currypulver ist rostbraun und hocharomatisch. Die Mischung schmeckt vollmundig nach den verschiedensten Gewürzen und sehr gut. Mit Hilfe dieser Mischung gelingen mir meine Currrygerichte im Handumdrehen und schmecken dabei hervorragend. Der Preis ist für ein Produkt nach Demeter-Richtlinien auch okay. Ich empfehle die Currymischung daher sehr gerne weiter.
