Lebensbaum Organic Gnocchi Pan-fried Vegetables. Organic seasoning mix for preparing tasty pan-fried vegetables with gnocchi. Freshly added gnocchi, peppers, courgettes, red onion and cherry tomatoes. With organic herbs and spices.
Fresh to it:
- 400g gnocchi
- 1 pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 250 cherry tomatoes
- Fry 1 gnocchi in a pan in 1 tbsp oil and set aside.Cut
- peppers, zucchini and onion into small pieces and sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 1 minute on a high heat and sweat for a further 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add cherry tomatoes, 200 ml water and the contents of the bag. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and let them warm up a bit.
Optionally sprinkle with parmesan.
Fancy sweet tortellini? Simply replace the gnocchi with 400 g Tortellini.
