Very balanced and for me the best gingerbread spice. I haven't bought any other for years. Also delicious for hot chocolate: briefly boil a cup of milk with a level teaspoon of heavily de-oiled cocoa powder and a small pinch of gingerbread spice.

Sehr ausgewogen und für mich das beste Lebkuchengewürz. Ich kaufe seit Jahren kein anderes mehr. Auch für heiße Schokolade lecker: Eine Tasse Milch mit einem gestrichenen Teelöffel stark entöltem Kakaopulver sowie einer kleinen Messerspitze Lebkuchengewürz miteinander kurz aufkochen.
