I add 2 measures of this every morning to my own home blend of herbs, flowers, leaves, roots (ginger) etc... for a 1 l thermos full, pure. Very good quality! Chamomile alone would not be my cup of tea - except maybe as a hair rinse after shampooing (I am still - even at over 70 - blond) ;-) ...

Ich gebe jeden morgen 2 Maß davon in meine eigene Hausmischung an Kräutern, Blüten, Blättern, Wurzeln (Ingwer) etc... für eine 1 l Thermoskanne voll, rein. Sehr gute Qualität! Kamille allein wäre aber nicht so mein Fall - außer vielleicht als Haarspülung nach der Haarwäsche (bin immer noch - auch mit Ü70 - blond) ;-) ...
