Lebensbaum Organic Broccoli Potato Gratin. Organic seasoning mix for preparing tasty broccoli and potato gratin. Freshly added potatoes, broccoli, cream and feta. With organic herbs and spices.
Fresh to it:
- 400 g of potatoes
- 300 g of broccoli
- 100 g of cream
- 100 g feta
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Place in a pot of boiling water with the broccoli and pre-boil for 5 minutes. Then drain and place in a casserole dish
- Stir the contents of the sachet into the cream and 300 ml of water. Pour the mixture over the vegetables in the casserole dish. Crumble feta over it
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
Optionally sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Fancy sweet potatoes? Simply replace the potatoes with 400 g sweet potatoes.
