A small pinch of it makes my home-baked spelt bread taste like the grey bread of my childhood....very tasty! Here it depends on the quantity, where it really means: less is more :-)
5 stars, highly recommended and still reasonably priced because it's so economical!

Eine kleine Prise davon lässt mein selbstgebackenes Dinkelbrot wie das Graubrot meiner Kinderzeit schmecken....sehr lecker! Hier kommt es auf die Menge an, wo es tatsächlich heißt: weniger ist mehr :-)
