: Review date:Blue fenugreek isn’t particularly aromatic. It’s suitable for meat dishes and soups and is an ingredient in the Georgian spice blend ‘Khmeli-Suneli’. I first came across it as a spice blend in Ukraine. It is called ‘Goluboj Pajitnik’. Another name is ‘Utscho-Suneli’. I searched for it for a long time and finally found it. I recommend it to anyone familiar with Georgian cuisine.
Schabzigerklee ist nicht besonders aromatisch. Es eignet sich für Fleischgerichte und Suppen und ist Bestandteil der georgischen Gewürzmischung „Khmeli-Suneli“. Ich habe es als Gewürzmischung zum ersten Mal in der Ukraine kennengelernt. Es heißt „Goluboj Pajitnik“. Ein anderer Name ist „Utscho-Suneli“. Ich habe lange danach gesucht und es schließlich gefunden. Ich empfehle es allen, die mit der georgischen Küche vertraut sind.
