: Review date:We only use Lebensbaum black pepper in our kitchen. The small balls have a great, intense aroma and are very easy to grind in the mill. I find the strength of the pepper ideal, as there is enough pungency to give the food flavour and spice, but it is not too pronounced so that it burns unpleasantly. In addition, the price at Violey is very reasonable for such a high-quality food from organic cultivation. One pack will last us forever. The pepper is especially recommended for everyday standard cooking. Nothing exotic, just good pepper. For this, it gets five stars from us.
Bei uns in der Küche wird nur der schwarze Pfeffer von Lebensbaum verarbeitet. Die kleinen Kugeln haben ein tolles, intensives Aroma und lassen sich sehr gut in der Mühle zermahlen. Die Stärke des Pfeffers finde ich ideal, da ausreichend Schärfe vorhanden ist, um den Speisen Geschmack und Würze zu verleihen, sie aber nicht zu stark ausgeprägt ist, so dass es unangenehm brennt. Dazu ist der Preis bei Violey noch sehr günstig für so ein hochwertiges Lebensmittel aus biologischem Anbau. Eine Packung reicht bei uns ewig. Der Pfeffer ist besonders für die tägliche Standardküche zu empfehlen. Nichts exotisches, sondern einfach nur guter Pfeffer. Dafür bekommt er von uns fünf Sterne.

: Review date:The pepper is delicious. It's pretty much the best I've tasted so far. You can smell the flavour when you open the package. I like to use the grains whole. But it is also very good in the mill. Unlike other peppercorns, I don't need a large amount. Just a little is enough and you get the full flavour. I also like to grind the pepper. That way, I need even less and immediately get the full flavour. That way I save money and have a large quantity to use for a long time.
Der Pfeffer ist lecker. Er ist so ziemlich der beste, den ich bisher probiert habe. Man riecht den Geschmack, wenn man die Verpackung öffnet. Die Körner verwende ich sehr gerne im Ganzen. Aber auch in der Mühle eignet er sich sehr gut. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Pfefferkörnern brauche ich keine große Menge. Es reicht bereits ganz wenig aus und man hat den vollen Geschmack. Gerne mörsere ich auch den Pfeffer. Auf diese Weise brauch ich noch weniger und habe sofort das volle Aroma. So spare ich Geld und habe lange Zeit eine große Menge, die ich verwenden kann.

Ich greife immer wieder gern auf den schwarzen Pfeffer von Lebensbaum zurück. Er lässt sich gut mahlen und schmeckt sehr aromatisch. Er ist meines Erachtens nach gut würzig, aber nicht feuerscharf. Da habe ich bei anderen Pfeffersorten schon schöne Überraschungen erlebt... Den Preis finde ich für ein Naturprodukt aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau angemessen.
