Is it okay to drink this tea as an adult? I find the tummy tea extremely soothing. A nice herbal tea after a meal or for later in the evening.

Darf man diesen Tee auch als Erwachsener trinken? Ich finde den Bäuchleintee nämlich äußert wohltuend. Ein schöner Kräutertee nach dem Essen oder für später am Abend.
