: Review date:For a packaged ground coffee, the Lebensbaum Gourmet is perfectly fine. Its taste and aroma are much higher quality than the usual suspects on conventional supermarket shelves. The coffee is relatively easy on the stomach and well tolerated. Its taste is quite mild and balanced. The grind is also ideal for putting the coffee into a press without clogging the holes or creating coffee sludge. Despite all this, however, I would always prefer the whole bean to coffee that has already been ground. Even if you have to grind it by hand in portions. Freshness and aroma are worth the effort and can't be compared to anything else.
Für einen abgepackten gemahlenen Kaffee ist der Lebensbaum Gourmet vollkommen in Ordnung. Sein Geschmack und Aroma sind viel hochwertiger als bei den üblichen Verdächtigen in den konventionellen Supermarktregalen. Der Kaffee ist relativ magenfreundlich und gut verträglich. Sein Geschmack ist recht mild und ausgewogen. Der Mahlgrad ist zudem ideal, um den Kaffee in eine Presse zu geben, ohne dass die Löcher verstopft werden bzw. Kaffeematsch entsteht. Trotz alledem würde ich aber die ganze Bohne immer dem bereits gemahlenen Kaffee vorziehen. Auch wenn man diese vielleicht portionsweise per Hand mahlen muss. Frische und Aroma sind die Mühen wert und mit nichts zu vergleichen.

Er ist ja bereits gemahlen, aber das schadet dem Aroma in keinem Fall. Kleiner Tipp: Am besten luftdicht verpackt im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. So bleibt das leckere Aroma auch in Wenig-Kaffee-Trinker-Haushalten lange ausgezeichnet. :-)
