Pour fresh, bubbly boiling water (100 °C) over 1-2 heaped tablespoons tea per cup (200 ml) and let the tea infuse for 7-10 minutes.

A very summery blend whose smell really reminds me of a mountain meadow. Ideal for my big pot and the resolution to drink a little more during the day (only tea and water, of course).
