Schmecken super und es macht Spaß, sie zu essen, die Konsistenz ist äußerst knusprig. Allerdings kann man sich daran schon mal den Gaumen etwas anrauhen, wenn man den Mund zu voll nimmt :-)

: Review date:Thick, crispy slices. Stable consistency: neither excessive crumbling or splintering, nor melting in the mouth (as with competitor products). Flavour mixed cereals, with oats and tiger nut (slightly sweet) more prominent than rice. Chickpea and poppy seeds are subtle to imperceptible. I would have liked more salt. Sometimes you can briefly taste a grain of salt, like in these sweet biscuits, which are also salted, and that is tasty. So there could be more grains of salt. The pack is nice, it stands on the table like a breakfast cereal pack, so it suits a bread designed as a breakfast bread. Like all Blumenbrot products, very suitable for allergy sufferers, no problems.
Dicke, knusprige Scheiben. Stabile Konsistenz: weder übermäßiges Krümeln oder Splittern, noch „Schmelzen“ im Mund (wie bei Konkurrenzprodukten). Geschmack „gemischtes Getreide“, wobei Hafer und Erdmandel (leicht süß) deutlicher als Reis hervortreten. Kichererbse und Mohn sind dezent bis nicht wahrnehmbar. Salz hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht. Teilweise schmeckt man kurz ein „Salzkorn“ raus, wie bei diesen süßen Keksen, die auch gesalzen sind und das ist geschmacklich reizvoll. Es könnten also mehr „Salzkörner“ rein. Die Packung ist schön, sie steht wie eine Frühstücksflockenpackung auf dem Tisch, passt also zu einem als Frühstücksbrot konzipierten Brot. Wie alle Blumenbrot Produkte für Allergiker sehr gut geeignet, keine Probleme.
