Superlecker! Der spezielle Geschmack des schwarzen Reises ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Schmeckt besonders gut mit Süßrahmbutter und sonst nix. Oder mit weißem Mandelmus, dann gerne zum Nachmittagskaffee. Oder als Doppeldecker mit Blumenbrot Hafer-Reis und als Belag Butter und ein bisschen Kräutersalz. Bitte, bitte, wieder ins Sortiment nehmen!!!

I was used to other types of crispbread and was initially surprised by the somewhat tart taste. But since I have been finding that some other types of crispbread taste too sweet in the aftertaste more and more often lately, I courageously finished the package and am glad I "held out". In the meantime, some of our family are enthusiastic about this variety and we are always discovering new ways of topping the bread. Great with slices of cucumber or tomato, spreads or just with butter or ghee, fresh herbs, herbal salt and/or cottage cheese. It's great to have this type of crispbread to choose from, finally made from 99.5 percent rice and only a small addition of salt. Thanks to the manufacturer for the successful creation and please keep it in the assortment.
Leckerer Reis, der evtl anfangs etwas ungewohnt schmecken kann weil man wahrscheinlich die häufiger angebotenen helleren milderen Reissorten gewohnt ist. So ging es mir auch, an andere Sorten Knäckebrot gewohnt war ich anfangs überrascht über den etwas herben Geschmack. Da mir aber immer häufiger in der letzten Zeit einige andere Knäckebrotsorten im Nachgeschmack als zu süßlich vorkamen habe ich beherzt die Packung leergegessen und bin froh "durchgehalten " zu haben. Mittlerweile sind einige in unserer Familie begeistert von dieser Sorte und wir entdecken immer wieder neue Varianten das Brot zu belegen. Toll mit Gurken- bzw Tomatensscheiben, Brotaufstrichen oder nur mit Butter oder Ghee, frischen Kräutern , Kräutersalz und/oder Quark. Toll diese Knäckebrotsorte nun zur Auswahl zu haben, hier mal endlich aus 99,5 Prozent Reis und nur einer kleinen Zugabe Salz. Danke an den Hersteller für die gelungene Kreation und bitte gerne im Sortiment behalten.

: Review date:Very good consistency. No crumbling (rather "splintering", but overall very "clean" to eat). Pleasant rice taste with a subtly sweet finish, really tastes like wholemeal rice and NOT like puffed cardboard. Also doesn't stick to the teeth like comparable products. Overall, I have to say that flower bread is ideal for people who have food allergies or mast cell disease, as there are guaranteed no traces of milk, egg, gluten, soy in here. For me personally, a great advantage. And there are many different varieties! The flower bread variety Black Rice should really stay in the range: A purist bread with a manageable list of ingredients that tastes really good.
Sehr gute Konsistenz. Kein Krümeln (eher "Splittern", aber insgesamt sehr "sauber" zu essen). Angenehmer Reisgeschmack mit dezent süßem Abgang, schmeckt wirklich nach Vollkornreis und NICHT nach gepuffter Pappe. Klebt auch nicht so an den Zähnen wie vergleichbare Produkte. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass Blumenbrot ideal für Menschen ist, die Nahrungsallergien oder Mastzellerkrankungen haben, da hier garantiert keine Spuren von Milch, Ei, Gluten, Soja enthalten sind. Für mich persönlich eine großer Vorteil. Und es gibt viele verschiedene Sorten! Die Blumenbrot-Variante Schwarzer Reis sollte wirklich im Sortiment bleiben: Ein puristisches Brot mit überschaubarer Zutatenliste, das wirklich gut schmeckt.
