Le Pain des Fleurs Organic Crispbread Almond. This variety can be combined with anything you can find in the fridge: Cream cheese, semi-hard cheese and soft cheese go just as well as jam, herb quark and plant-based spreads. The dough for the crispy bread is toasted for a few seconds at a high temperature of 300 to 400°C during processing. This creates the special crispy texture, which varies from variety to variety.
