: Review date:Well suited to our gluten intolerance. We like to eat these crispy slices for breakfast, with butter and fruit jam or savoury toppings. They taste of buckwheat, you have to like them. These ones are without salt, rather plain. But that's ok for us, as we watch our salt balance (body). We are very satisfied so far.
Für unsere Glutenunverträglichkeit gut geeignet. Wir essen diese Knusperschnitten gern zum Frühstück, mit Butter und Fruchtgarten Marmelade oder herzhaftem Belag. Schmecken nach Buchweizen, muss man mögen. Diese hier ohne Salz, eher nüchtern. Aber das ist für uns ok, da wir auf unseren Salzhaushalt (Körper) achten. Sind bisher sehr zufrieden.

I love it now and have at least one pack in my shopping basket every time I order. It was important to me that there was no rice flour in it. No sugar in a sugar-free diet is also a challenge. Wer „normales“ Knäckebrot gewohnt ist, für den ist es eine kleine Umstellung. Lecker belegt trotzdem super lecker. Ich liebe es inzwischen und habe bei jeder Bestellung mindestens eine Packung mit im Warenkorb. Mir war wichtig, das kein Reismehl mit drin ist. Ohne Zucker bei einer zuckerfreien Ernährung ist auch eine Herausforderung. Also immer die tollen Texte lesen. Inhaltsstoffe sind ja hier für jedes Produkt hinterlegt.

They taste really delicious and there's even only what's on it: pure organic buckwheat flour. For me, it's the perfect bread because it's gluten-free and lasts a long time.
Knusprig, kernig, köstlich - genau so muss ich die Buchweizenschnitten beschreiben. Ich bin generell Fan von Blumenbrot, aber diese Schnitten haben es mir besonders angetan. Sie schmecken wirklich lecker und es ist sogar nur das drin, was auch draufsteht: Reines Buchweizenmehl aus biologischem Anbau. Für mich das perfekte Brot, da es glutenfrei ist und lange hält.
