I've been interested in gluten-free pasta for a while now and came across the manufacturer Lazzaretti. I was interested in the green pea variety because I had never tried it before. When I cooked it, the kitchen smelled like musty eggs. My expectations were lowered accordingly. But when I prepared the noodles, I was pleasantly surprised. The noodles have a pleasant consistency and a really delicious aroma of peas. I will try the other varieties soon.

Ich befasse mich seit längerer Zeit mit glutenfreien Nudeln und bin dadurch auf den Hersteller Lazzaretti gestoßen. Die Sorte mit grünen Erbsen hat mich dann einfach interessiert, da ich das zuvor noch nie probiert hatte. Beim Kochen hat die Küche nach muffigen Eiern gerochen. Meine Erwartungen sind erstmal dementsprechend gesunken. Als ich die Nudeln dann aber zubereitet hatte, war ich doch recht positiv überrascht. Die Nudeln haben eine angenehme Konsistenz und ein echt leckeres Aroma nach Erbsen. Demnächst werde ich auch die anderen Sorten durchprobieren.
