Serving per person = 50 g. Mixing ratio 1:1.
Pour boiling salted water on the couscous until it is covered and let it soak for 5 minutes. Then you can process the couscous further and refine it with a little olive, nut, sesame oil or butter. Stir the couscous in a pan or heat in the microwave for 30 seconds per serving.
