: Review date:Consistency actually like "normal" noodles, taste better! I like the nutty/slightly hearty taste of chickpea noodles so much more than boring normal noodles. That's personal preference, of course, but compared to other brands, the Lazzaretti noodles also impress with their short cooking time, firmness to the bite and a surface that, like slightly roughened noodles, can absorb a sauce wonderfully. Top!
Konsistenz eigentlich wie "normale" Nudeln, Geschmack besser! Ich mag den nussigen/leicht deftigen Geschmack von Kichererbsen Nudeln so viel mehr, als langweilige normale Nudeln. Das ist natürlich persönliche Präferenz, aber im Vergleich mit anderen Marken überzeugen die Lazzaretti Nudeln zudem noch mit kurzer Kochzeit, Bissfestigkeit und einer Oberfläche, die, wie leicht angeraute Nudeln, eine Soße wunderbar aufnehmen kann. Top!!!

: Review date:I ordered the chickpea noodles out of curiosity. My conclusion: I don't want to eat the spirelli every day in the future, but they are very good as an interesting change in between. Just don't make the mistake of expecting a typical noodle taste, because the spirals are far from that. They taste like chickpeas. They are also relatively small and have a dark yellow colour, almost as if they contain egg (but of course they don't). And the noodles keep you full for a long time. Under no circumstances should you let the spirals cook for more than five minutes, otherwise you will only get mush.
Ich habe mir die Kichererbsen-Nudeln aus Neugier bestellt. Mein Fazit: Die Spirelli möchte ich zukünftig zwar nicht jeden Tag essen, als interessante Abwechslung zwischendurch sind sie aber sehr gut geeignet. Man darf dabei nur nicht den Fehler machen, einen typischen Nudelgeschmack zu erwarten, denn davon sind die Spiralen weit entfernt. Sie schmecken eben nach Kichererbsen. Zudem sind sie relativ klein und haben eine dunkelgelbe Farbe, fast als wäre Ei enthalten (ist es aber natürlich nicht). Und die Nudeln halten lange satt. Auf keinen Fall sollte man die Spiralen jedoch länger als fünf Minuten kochen lassen, sonst erhält man nur noch Brei.
