Apply evenly to cleansed skin. Apply moderately to the joints and feet to avoid discolouration. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after application. The effect sets in after 2 to 4 hours. For an even tan, apply 1 to 2 times a week.

I can only agree with my pre-testers. A very good product! I have tried several natural cosmetic self-tanners - this one convinced me the most, and it is also the cheapest!
