After each brushing, rinse with approx. 10-20 ml (see cap) of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds and then spit out. For full effect, do not rinse with water.

: Review date:Did not convince me at all. No comprehensive effect, as promised in the description, noticeable, unpleasant flavour. I have a different expectation of mouthwashes. Not a repeat purchase for me.
Hat mich überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Keine umfassende Wirkung, wie die in der Beschreibung versprochen, zu spüren, unangenehm im Geschmack. Ich hab eine andere Erwartung an Mundspülungen. Kein Nachkaufprodukt für mich.
