- Adding to sauces you have prepared yourself (for enhancement/for new nuances).
[My use so far]
1. eaten AS A FINISHED SAUCE - delicious with anything you like with tomato sauce. Full stop :-)
2. PREPARED "my" BOLOGNESE SAUCE: 280g LaSelva tomato/boletus sauce (1 jar) added to 690g strained tomatoes (1 bottle) - a good quarter. Further prepared as usual - chilli hot. My bolognese became considerably tastier and got that certain porcini mushroom touch. Hmmm!
In any case, I recommend experimenting with this sauce as an addition to your previous dishes containing tomato sauce.
Krass leckere Bio-Tomaten-Fertig-Sauce in vollendeter Zubereitung, mitunter wegen des Steinpilzanteils in perfekt ausgewogener Menge. Diesen SO LASSEN !-)
FAZIT: HERVORRAGEND geeignet zum ...
- sofortigen Essen ohne weiteren Aufwand (z.B. zu gekochten Nudeln/danach zum Aufwärmen)
- Hinzugeben in selbst zubereitete Saucen (zur Aufwertung/für neue Nuancen).
[Meine Verwendung bisher]
1. ALS FERTIGE SAUCE gegessen - lecker zu allem, was man mit Tomatensauce mag. Punkt.-)
2. ZUBEREITUNG "meiner" BOLOGNESE-SAUCE: 280g LaSelva-Tomaten/Steinpilz-Sauce (1 Glas) zu 690g passierten Tomaten (1 Flasche) - also zu gut einem Viertel - hinzugegeben. Weiter wie üblich zubereitet - chilischarf. Meine Bolognese wurde erheblich leckerer und bekam den gewissen Steinpilz-Touch. Hmmm!
Ich empfehle euch jedenfalls, mal mit dieser Sauce als Zugabe in eure bisherigen tomatensaucehaltigen Gerichte zu experimentieren.
