: Review date:The sauce can either be refined or simply heated up and added to pasta. It always tastes fantastic. The tomato sauces from LaSelva are generally very good.
Die Soße kann entweder noch verfeinert oder einfach nur erhitzt und zu Pasta gegeben werden. Schmeckt immer einfach fantastisch. Die Tomatensoßen von LaSelva sind allgemein sehr gut.

: Review date:As a base, to use like a tomato sauce and then spice it up with all sorts of things, maybe ok. A simple, plain tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes are cheaper and taste better to me. As it is, I find the sauce very boring as a final product. Very acidic, otherwise no taste can be determined. There are some solid pieces in it, which cannot be identified as artichoke. There are better ready-made sauces.
Als Grundlage, zu benutzen wie eine Tomatensauce und dann mit Allerlei aufzupeppen, eventuell o.k. Eine einfache, schlichte Tomatensauce oder gestückelte Tomaten sind günstiger und schmecken mir da besser. So, pur, finde ich die Sauce als Endprodukt sehr langweilig. Sehr säuerlich, ansonsten ist kein Geschmack zu bestimmen. Irgendwelche festere Stücke befinden sich darin, geschmacklich als Artischocke nicht zu identifizieren. Da gibt's bessere Fertigsaucen.
