Excellent! Peeled tomatoes are also much easier to digest. But most importantly, they have a really great, intense tomato flavour. You can either conjure up a quick fruity-fresh tomato sauce or an intense one if you leave it to simmer for longer. Also a very good base for homemade salsas. Especially in times when you have to look for fresh tomatoes with a real tomato flavour like a needle in a haystack or pay a lot of money, you get a somewhat expensive but excellent quality.

Hervorragend! Geschälte Tomaten sind auch viel verträglicher. Doch das wichtigste: Ganz toller intensiv-tomatiger Geschmack. Man kann damit entweder eine schnelle fruchtig-frische Tomatensauce zaubern oder eine intensive, lässt man sie länger köcheln. Auch für selbstgemachte Salsas eine sehr gute Basis. Gerade in Zeiten, wo man frische Tomaten mit echtem Tomatenaroma wie die Nadel im Heuhaufen suchen muss oder sehr teuer bezahlt, bekommt man damit eine zwar etwas teure aber dafür hervorragende Qualität.
