: Review date:I have always loved dried tomatoes. The ones from LaSelva and Mani Bläuel especially. But these semi-dried tomatoes are the special favourites even among my favourites. They are smaller fruits than other dried tomatoes, they are softer and with more tomato acid. They are delicious on a buffet with other antipasti, with pasta, in a salad or on bread and have only one drawback: the jar is always half empty before they are put to their intended use....
Getrocknete Tomaten liebe ich schon immer. Die von LaSelva und Mani Bläuel ganz besonders. Aber diese Halbgetrockneten Tomaten sind selbst unter meinen Lieblingssorten die besonderen Lieblinge. Es sind kleinere Früchte als andere getrocknete Tomaten, sie sind weicher und mit mehr Tomatensäure. Sie schmecken auf einem Buffet mit anderen Antipasti, zu Nudeln, im Salat oder aufs Brot und haben nur einen Nachteil: Das Glas ist immer schon halb leer, bevor sie ihrem eigentlichen Verwendungszweck zugeführt werden...

: Review date:My favourite product from La Selva, also the only one of its kind. Very aromatic tomatoes. Can be used in many ways. For example, I regularly make a dip with it for my hot air-fried potatoes with a pinch of cayenne, a dash of soy sauce, ground walnuts and some yeast flakes (blender) - hmmmm.
Mein liebstes Produkt von La Selva, auch das einzige seiner Art. Sehr aromatische Tomaten. Vielseitig verwendbar. Mache mir z.B. regelmäßig einen Dip zu meinen heissluftfrittierten Kartoffeln daraus mit einer Prise Cayenne, Schuss Sojasoße, gemahlenen Walnüssen und etwas Hefeflocken (Pürierstab) - hmmmm.

: Review date:I can only nod in agreement with the opinions. I also like to use the remaining oil in the jar for frying, as it tastes nicely flavoured by the tomatoes. I use the tomatoes themselves mainly for spaghetti in the wok pan, some rocket and Parmesan.
Den Meinungen kann ich nur nickend zustimmen. Ich nehme das restliche Öl im Glas auch gerne zum Braten, da es durch die Tomaten schön aromatisiert schmeckt. Die Tomaten selbst nehme ich v.a. für Spaghetti in der Wok-Pfanne, etwas Rucola und Parmesan.

: Review date:Incredibly delicious and versatile. I love them! In casseroles, soups (minestrone, Tuscan fish soup ......), pure and especially in salads with noodles or bulgur or couscous or ......... simply delicious, juicy, aromatic with everything. And I also use the oil directly for careful sautéing or for a delicious dressing.
Unglaublich lecker und vielfältig. Ich liebe sie! In Aufläufen, Suppen (Minestrone, Toskanische Fischsuppe ......), pur und vor allem in Salaten mit Nudeln oder Bulgur oder Couscous oder ......... einfach zu allem total lecker, saftig, aromatisch. Und das Öl verwende ich auch direkt mit zum vorsichtigen Anbraten oder für ein leckeres Dressing.
