: Review date:Das Produkt war früher sehr gut (4*) aber seine Qualität hat in letzter Zeit dramatisch nachgelassen. Aus Gründen, die mir nicht bekannt sind, hat sich der Hersteller seit einiger Zeit dazu entschlossen, das Präparat buchstäblich zu mischen und eine Art Mayonnaise oder Pilzemulsion herzustellen. Früher wurden Pilze größtenteils recht grob gehackt und bestanden größtenteils aus Stücken. Diese Vorgehensweise führte zu einer gewissen Dissoziation eines Teils des Öls, was zu Bewertungen und Kommentaren anderer Kunden führte, dass das Produkt „etwas zu ölig“ sei. Ich für meinen Teil fand das alte Rezept ausgezeichnet und habe den „Überschuss“ an aromatisiertem Öl auf unterschiedliche Weise verwendet. Der aktuelle Quasi-Smoothie-Mix passt mir nicht.

: Review date:As a big porcini fan, I trusted the good reviews, so I'm all the more disappointed now. Porcini aroma? Not a trace. Instead, an oily mass that tasted undefinably musty to me and which I disposed of after the first few bites. I do that very rarely, but I had to do it here. A great pity.
Als grosser Steinpilz-Fan hab ich auf die guten Bewertungen vertraut, umso enttäuschter bin ich jetzt. Steinpilzaroma? Nicht die Spur. Dafür eine ölige Masse, die mir undefinierbar muffig schmeckt und die ich nach den ersten Bissen entsorgt habe. Das mache ich äusserst selten, aber hier ging es nicht anders. Sehr schade.

You can forget about most ready-made products, except LaSelva, which is different. Their bruschetta spread tastes almost homemade and consists only of natural ingredients. I think that makes for an incredibly delicious taste. I actually like all types of bruschetta from LaSelva, but I love the one with porcini mushrooms best. It makes up almost half of the ingredients, and you can taste it. I enjoy it either on toasted white bread or directly with cooked pasta. It's quick and tastes really good. I give it five stars for that.
Beim Italiener bestelle ich als Vorspeise fast jedes Mal Bruschetta, weil es mir einfach sehr gut schmeckt. Die meisten Fertigprodukte kann man hingegen getrost vergessen, außer LaSelva, das ist anders. Deren Bruschetta-Aufstrich schmeckt schon fast wie selbstgemacht und besteht nur aus natürlichen Zutaten. Ich finde, das sorgt für einen unheimlich köstlichen Geschmack. Ich mag eigentlich alle Sorten Bruschetta von LaSelva, am Liebsten aber das mit Steinpilzen. Fast die Hälfte der Bestandteile besteht daraus – das schmeckt man auch. Ich genieße es entweder auf geröstetem Weißbrot oder aber auch direkt zu gekochten Nudeln. Das geht schnell und schmeckt echt gut. Dafür gibt es fünf Sterne.

: Review date:This is so incredibly tasty! One can feel the flavor of the porcini mushrooms.. however, note that it has plenty of oil, which is extra virgin olive oil though; so, it may not be anyone cup of tea.. but we loved it!.. and I guess have it cold is better than warm.
