Unfortunately, this orange marmalade is not really my cup of tea. You get diced orange peel that tastes slightly bitter. Unfortunately, it is not pureed and the orange peel pieces are too big for me personally, I don't like having to bite into them at all. Thank goodness the jar is not very big at 220g.
For every 100g of chunky jam, there are 53g of cane sugar! Much too much for my taste, because citrus jam naturally has a very high pectin content and doesn't need a high sugar content for a long shelf life. I will definitely not order it again. If you want a light bitter orange flavour with chunky peel, this is the one for you.

Diese Orangenmarmelade ist leider nicht so ganz mein Fall. Hier erhält man klein gewürfelte Orangenschalen, die leicht bitter schmecken. Sie ist leider nicht püriert und die Orangenschalen Stücke sind mir persönlich zu groß, ich mag es überhaupt nicht, darauf rum beißen zu müssen. Gottseidank ist das Glas mit 220g nicht sehr groß.
Auf 100g stückige Marmelade kommen 53g Rohrzucker! Viel zu viel für meinen Geschmack, denn Zitrusmarmelade hat von Natur aus einen sehr hohen Pektingehalt und braucht keinen hohen Zuckergehalt für lange Haltbarkeit. Nochmal bestelle ich sie mir ganz bestimmt nicht. Wer einen leichten Bitterorangen Geschmack mit stückigen Schalen haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
