Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this pesto. The consistency is fibrous (actually with visible fibres) and the taste very mild, almost bland. The typical olive oil flavour is very lacking here, certainly because sunflower oil was also used in the recipe (for whatever reason...). Anyway, for the price, I am very disappointed and will not buy the product again.

Leider bin ich von diesem Pesto sehr enttäuscht. Die Konsistenz ist faserig (tatsächlich mit sichtbaren Fasern) und der Geschmack sehr mild, fast fade. Der typische Olivenöl-Geschmack fehlt hier sehr, bestimmt weil auch Sonnenblumenöl in der Rezeptur benutzt wurde (warum auch immer...). Jedenfalls bin ich für den Preis sehr enttäuscht und werde das Produkt nicht wieder kaufen.

I have been ordering it again and again for over 4 years. In my opinion, it is the best pesto from LaSelva and my undisputed number 1. I don't know any other pesto that tastes so good together with Parmesan.

Bestell ich seit über 4 Jahren immer wieder nach. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Pesto von LaSelva und unangefochten meine Nummer 1. Kenne kein anderes Pesto, das zusammen mit Parmesan so gut schmeckt.

I love spaghetti with pesto, but I'm too lazy to make my own. Of all the pestos I've tried so far (and there have been quite a few in the last few years), I think LaSelva's is by far the best! Especially with the basil pesto, you can't go wrong. Absolutely recommendable.

Ich liebe Spaghetti mit Pesto, bin aber zu faul um mir selber Pesto zu machen. Von all den Pestos die ich bisher probiert habe (und in den letzten Jahren waren das einige) finde ich die von LaSelva mit Abstand am besten! Vor allem beim Basilikum Pesto kann man nix verkehrt machen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
