Finally, really good pickled artichokes: slightly acidified and really very tender. The remaining olive oil is flavoured and can be used very well for salads and vegetable dishes.

Endlich wirklich gute eingelegte Artischocken: leicht gesäuert und wirklich sehr zart. Das restliche Olivenöl ist aromatisiert und kann für Salate und Gemüsegerichte sehr gut verwertet werden.

WOW, the best artichokes I have ever eaten! And there were quite a few varieties :-)
With "cheap" artichokes, there's a lot left over that I can't chew well. With the artichokes from LaSelva, there is absolutely nothing left over, everything is very easy to chew. The flavour is also very balanced and I continue to use the olive oil. I buy this product again and again, although the price - good here at Violey - is quite reasonable. But quality has its price :-)

WOW, die besten Artischocken, welche ich jemals gegessen habe! Und das waren einige Sorten :-)
Bei "billigen" Artischocken bleibt viel übrig, was ich nicht gut zerkauen kann. Bei den Artischocken von LaSelva bleibt rein gar nichts übrig, alles ist sehr gut zu kauen. Der Geschmack ist auch sehr ausgewogen, das Olivenöl verwende ich auch weiter. Dieses Produkt kaufe ich immer wieder, obwohl der Preis- hier bei Violey gut- schon ordentlich ist. Aber: Qualität hat nun mal ihren Preis :-)

Lecker eingelegte Artischocken, schmecken wirklich ausgezeichnet. Gut gewürzt sind sie, das Olivenöl scheint auch von guter Qualität zu sein. Verwendung finden sie bei uns in der Küche vorrangig im Salat.

There is simply no substitute for artichokes on a pizza. LaSelva has preserved them in very aromatic oil - so they have to drain a little before they can be put on the pizza.

Artischocken sind auf der Pizza einfach durch nichts zu ersetzen. LaSelva hat sie in sehr aromatisches Öl eingelegt - bevor sie auf die Pizza dürfen müssen sie also noch etwas abtropfen.
