That must have been the most expensive honey bread I've made for myself since I've been alive. I find it a bit difficult to describe the honey. It is definitely different from all the honeys I have tasted so far. I could taste something slightly smoky and intensely floral. I find the taste absolutely unique. I would now be interested to know how the honey with an even higher MGO value tastes. One thing I know for sure: I will definitely not use the honey for baking cakes. The money is definitely too good for that.

Das war bestimmt das teuerste Honigbrot, das ich mir seit Lebzeiten geschmiert habe. Ich tu mich etwas schwer dabei, den Honig zu beschreiben. Er ist auf jeden Fall ganz anders als all die Honige, die ich bisher probiert habe. Ich konnte etwas leicht Rauchiges und intensiv Blumiges herausschmecken. Den Geschmack finde ich absolut einzigartig. Interessieren würde mich nun, wie der Honig mit noch höherem MGO-Wert schmeckt. Eines weiß ich sicher: Und zwar, dass ich den Honig auf jeden Fall nicht zum Kuchen backen hernehmen werde. Da ist mir das Geld definitiv zu schade dafür.
