In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Take the rolls out of the pack and moisten them with a little water. Bake for 10 minutes.
In the toaster: Cut the rolls into slices. Toast in the toaster for a maximum of 3 minutes.

: Review date:As a single household, I find the rolls really practical. The package is enough for two breakfasts. You can also freeze the remaining rolls without any problems. I can't complain about the price either. Freshly baked, they taste almost like fresh from the bakery. However, I wouldn't bake them for the next day, as they would taste rather old.
Als Single-Haushalt finde ich die Brötchen wirklich praktisch. Die Packung reicht für mich für 2x Frühstück. Die restlichen Brötchen kann man auch problemlos einfrieren. Auch beim Preis kann ich nicht meckern. Frisch aufgebacken schmecken sie für mich fast wie frisch vom Bäcker. Für den nächsten Tag würde ich sie allerdings nicht aufbacken, da sie dann eher alt schmecken.

: Review date:I like ordering the L'Angelus rolls and baguettes because not only do they taste good to me, but I find them very digestible due to the natural sourdough they contain. The rolls are relatively small and don't rise much during baking. I find the small rolls really practical for small appetites or as a snack in between meals. I also like to bake them up when friends come over for brunch, because you'd rather offer lots of different things and large rolls would be rather counterproductive. And if you're really hungry, you can simply treat yourself to several rolls. I think the taste is different from many other baked rolls and is difficult for me to describe. Let's just say it's special. Definitely worth a recommendation!
Ich bestelle die L'Angelus Brötchen und Baguettes sehr gerne, da sie mir nicht nur gut schmecken, sondern ich sie durch den enthaltenen Natursauerteig sehr verträglich finde. Die Brötchen sind relativ klein und gehen beim Backen auch nicht mehr viel auf. Bei kleinem Hunger oder als Snack zwischendurch finde ich die kleinen Brötchen wirklich praktisch. Ich backe sie auch gerne auf, wenn Freunde zum Brunchen vorbeikommen, da man hier lieber viele verschiedene Sachen anbieten möchte und da wären große Brötchen eher kontraproduktiv. Und wenn man doch mal größeren Hunger hat, kann man sich einfach mehrere Brötchen gönnen. Ich finde der Geschmack unterscheidet sich von vielen anderen Aufbackbrötchen und ist für mich schwer zu beschreiben. Sagen wir er ist besonders. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!
