In the oven: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Remove the bread from the bag and lightly sprinkle with water. Baking time: 10 minutes.
In the toaster: Toast bread slices for up to 3 minutes at maximum temperature.

: Review date:I baked the packet twice. The first time I forgot to brush them with water. I still ended up with delicious spelt rolls that lacked a bit of crunch in the crust, but were still soft and super tasty on the inside. The second time with water: a dream in its entirety! :)
Hab die Packung auf 2 mal gebacken. Das erste mal hatte ich vergessen, sie mit Wasser zu bepinseln. Hab trotzdem leckere Dinkelbrötchen erhalten, denen halt etwas Knusper in der Kruste gefehlt hat, trotzdem innen weich und superlecker. Beim zweiten Mal mit Wasser: Ein Traum in Gänze! :)

: Review date:Those who know the super tasty baguettes may find the rolls from L'Angelus a little disappointing. They are quite small and therefore either quickly become soft again when baked up or - we like it crispy - quite dry inside. The taste is good and very rich/satifying.
Wer die super leckeren Baguettes kennt, findet die Brötchen von L'Angelus möglicherweise etwas enttäuschend. Sie sind recht klein und werden deshalb durch's Aufbacken entweder schnell wieder weich oder - wir mögen's kross - innen recht trocken. Geschmacklich sind sie gut und sehr gehaltvoll/sättigend.
