Application:

1. Sterilize the cup before each cycle. Place the cup in boiling water for about 10 minutes and boil.
2. To insert, press the cup together, fold in the middle and fix it with your fingers. Insert the folded cup like a tampon. The cup opens in the body, creating a slight negative pressure to guarantee the fit.
3. Empty your menstrual cup every 6 hours. To do this, gently pull on the stem until the lower part of the cup can be compressed slightly so that the vacuum is released (important if you are carrying a coil). Empty in the toilet and rinse with cold water before the cup can be used again.
4. After the last use, the menstrual cup should be boiled again and kept in the cotton bag.
Tip: If the stem feels unpleasant while carrying the cup, it can be shortened with scissors.
