Shake well before use and apply liberally and uniformly before going outside. Reapply frequently in sufficient quantities, especially after swimming. Avoid the sun between 12pm and 4pm or wear protective clothing. Children under 3 years should not be exposed to direct sunlight. T-shirt, sunglasses and a broad-brimmed hat complement the sun protection. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health threat.
