Good for baking and as an extra in hot and cold desserts. The pure flavour (as a pure bobon for in between) is a little too hard for my taste and too much in the direction of caramel and not enough salt. Sweeter than the Breton salted caramel I know.

Gut zum Backen geeignet und als extra in warmen und kalten Süßspeisen. Vom puren Geschmack (als reines Bobon für zwischendurch) her für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart und zu sehr in Richtung Karamel und nicht genug Salz. Süßer als bretonisches Salzkaramel, das ich kenne.

Great decoration for pastries or desserts. The little cubes really pack a punch and taste simply wonderful. The brand has been around for ages and it shows once again that they really have what it takes! Very good.

Tolles Dekor für Gebäck oder Desserts. Die kleinen Würfelchen haben es echt in sich und schmecken einfach ganz wundervoll. Die Marke gibts ja auch schon ewig und sie zeigt hier mal wieder, dass sie es wirklich drauf haben! Sehr gut.
