Recommended use:

Briefly boil 1 teaspoon (3 g) with (oat) milk in a saucepan. Froth up and enjoy warm. Also suitable as a baking ingredient, in a smoothie or as a wild addition to coffee beans.

A sediment may remain after preparation. You can drink or filter off the sediment as you wish.
