biorebe Organic Chardonnay VDP. Gutswein. Matured in large wooden barrels, this Chardonnay displays a harmonious combination of fine fruit and restrained wood flavour. On the nose, it develops a multi-layered aroma of yellow peach, pear, juicy apple, honeydew melon, apricot and floral nuances such as acacia blossom, complemented by subtle hints of brioche, almonds and flint. It is full-bodied and mineral on the palate, with fine fruit, elegant flavour and a long finish. A dry white wine with depth, balance and finesse.
