: Review date:Very good quality, crispy skin. My wife loves them. I don't like them so much because I find the smoky flavour too strong and it takes away from the meaty taste, in my personal opinion. But rolled in gluten-free puff pastry or with Chinese cabbage, they're perfect.
Très bonne qualité, la peau est bien croquante. Ma femme les adore. Moi j'aime un peu moins car je trouve le goût de fumé trop présent et ça efface le goût de viande pour mon avis personnel. Mais bon, roulées dans une pâte feuilletée sans gluten ou avec du choux chinois, elles sont parfaites.
