Kasimir + Lieselotte Organic Lemon Balm Tincture. For the alcohol-free tincture, the lemon balm herb is made into a strong extract (1:3 ratio). The tincture is shaken regularly and left to mature for at least three months before bottling. The tincture can simply be mixed with water, lukewarm tea, yoghurt or muesli, making it an uncomplicated addition to your daily routine for your own well-being.

Ingredients/INCI:
Take 1/2 teaspoon 3 times daily.
Quantity ratios: 1/2 tsp ≙ approx. 30 drops, 30 drops ≙ approx. 2.5 ml
