With sunflower seeds, oat flakes*, sesame seeds, wheat bran and linseed from organic farmers. The wheat bran gives this cracker a light wheat flavour. Refined with sea salt. No added sugar (naturally contains sugar), yeast or animal products, but full of flavour and crispy.
