I grind the whole beans fresh and then prepare them in an espresso maker. With this method of preparation, the coffee definitely tastes spicy and quite acidic as an espresso. In any case, it is more acidic than the mild acidity suggests. As a latte (with plant-based drinks), the coffee tastes a little better to me. I have to say that I am not a coffee expert and that it is possible that the coffee can develop its aroma differently in a coffee machine or a fully automatic machine.

Ich mahle die ganzen Bohnen frisch und bereite Sie mir dann in einem Espressomaker zu. Bei dieser Zubereitungsweise schmeckt der Kaffee als Espresso auf jeden Fall würzig und doch recht säuerlich. Auf jeden Fall säuerlicher als die Angabe milde Säure es vermuten lässt. Als Milchkaffee (mit Pflanzendrinks) schmeckt mir der Kaffee noch etwas besser. Hierzu muss ich sagen, dass ich keine Kaffeeexpertin bin und dass es sein kann, dass der Kaffee in einer Kaffeemaschine bzw. einem Vollautomaten sein Aroma anders entfalten kann.

We already noticed a difference when we switched from organic espresso to ground wild coffee. But when you buy it as a bean, hallelujah. That tastes delicious. What an aroma. So intense. A real treat. Worth every single penny!

Wir haben ja schon einen Unterschied bemerkt, als wir vom Bio-Espresso zum gemahlenen Wildkaffee umgestiegen sind. Aber wenn man ihn sich als Bohne kauft, na Hallelulia. Das schmeckt ja mal lecker. Was für ein Aroma. So intensiv. Ein Hochgenuss. Ist mir jeden einzlenen Cent wert!

100 stars! Pure flavours! This wild coffee espresso is a dream and has become our favourite espresso. Incredible aromas, almost no acidity and extremely digestible. Even my very sensitive stomach can tolerate it perfectly. Expensive, but 100% worth the money, we have only bought this espresso since we got to know it!

Despite its somewhat high price, it has become one of my regular rituals. It has a wonderfully strong taste, but is not too bitter. And the biggest plus point: it's the only espresso my girlfriend likes. One more reason to order it again and again.

Trotz seines etwas hohem Preises gehört er mittlerweile zu einem meiner festen Rituale. Wunderbar kräftig im Geschmack, aber nicht zu bitter. Und der größte Pluspunkt: Er ist der einzige Esspresso, der meiner Freundin schmeckt. Ein Grund mehr, ihn immer wieder zu bestellen.
