- 250 g mixed mushrooms
- 30 g parmesan
- 125 g crème fraîche
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
- 250 g sweet potato pappardelle
- Chop mushrooms and fry without oil in a hot pan until golden brown, add oil and garlic, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
- Stir the Parmesan and mushrooms into the pappardelle, fold in the crème fraîche and add a few tablespoons of pasta water if necessary.

: Review date:I agree with the previous speaker: Idea good, taste not there. Of course, noodles should not dominate the taste of the dish. Here, however, you taste _nothing_. I think the name is a bit misleading. I definitely used "noodles" incorrectly. Certainly you can make something good out of the product, because it looks very interesting and, used correctly, can certainly taste good. But it is definitely not spaghetti, and anyone who wants to prepare it in a similar way to spaghetti will probably get nothing out of it.
Ich schließe mich einem Vorredner an: Idee gut, Geschmack nicht vorhanden. Natürlich sollen Nudeln geschmacklich das Gericht nicht dominieren. Hier schmeckt man allerdings _gar_ nichts. Ich denke, der Name ist etwas irreführend. Ich habe die "Nudeln" definitiv falsch verwendet. Sicherlich man kann was Gutes aus dem Produkt machen, denn es sieht sehr interessant aus und kann, richtig verwendet, bestimmt auch gut schmecken. Ist aber definitiv keine Spaghetti, und wer das ähnlich wie Spaghetti zubereiten will, hat vermutlich nix davon.

: Review date:At first glance they look like "normal" spaghetti, but beware: they are actually bright orange glass noodles! They taste slightly sweet and savoury, just like sweet potatoes, and are a real eye-catcher if you are looking for an alternative to the well-known glass noodles made from rice. The packaging says that the contents should be enough for 4 to 5 servings, which I somehow didn't want to believe when I held the package in my hand. But yes, the quantity is actually enough! (I guess my eyes were bigger than my stomach...) For me, it's not a "pasta" that I absolutely have to have at home all the time, but I can still recommend it for the creative and vegan cooks among us who are looking for something special!
Sie sehen zwar auf den ersten Blick aus wie "normale" Spaghetti, doch Achtung: Es sind tatsächlich kräftig orangefarbene Glasnudeln! Sie schmecken ganz leicht süßlich-herzhaft wie man es auch von Süßkartoffeln kennt und sind optisch ein echter Hingucker, wenn man eine Alternative zu den bekannten Glasnudeln aus Reis sucht. Auf der Verpackung steht, dass der Inhalt für 4 bis 5 Portionen reichen soll, was ich irgendwie nicht glauben wollte, als ich die Packung in der Hand hielt. Aber ja, die Menge reicht tatsächlich aus! (Die Augen waren wohl größer als der Magen...) Für mich ist es keine "Pasta", die ich unbedingt und immer zu Hause haben muss, aber kann sie dennoch für die kreativen und veganen Köche unter uns empfehlen, die das Besondere suchen!
