Just Taste Organic Black Bean Spaghetti. The spaghetti is made from black beans. They only need to cook for 5 minutes. One package is enough for 600 g of cooked pasta. Delicious warm with sauce or pure or cold in a salad.
Recipe suggestion: 
Black Bean Spaghetti with Avocado Sauce (serves 3-4 Personen)

Ingredients: 
  • 8 stalks basil 
  • 6 stalks flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 2 avocados 
  • 1 lemon (untreated zest)
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp harissa (to taste)
  • 50 g Parmesan or vegan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper & pinch of sugar 
  • 250 g black bean spaghetti 

Preparation: 
  1. Chop basil, parsley leaves, chop garlic and finely puree in a mixing bowl together with avocado flesh and olive oil. Wash the lemon, grate 1 tsp peel and stir into the puree with 2 tbsp lemon juice, the chilli flakes and 25 g Parmesan or vegan cheese and a tsp harissa and season with salt, pepper and sugar. 
  2. Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain the noodles, reserving some of the pasta water. 
  3. Mix the pasta with the avocado sauce, add a few tablespoons of pasta water if necessary and serve with the remaining Parmesan or vegan cheese.
