Recipe: Azuki soya spaghetti with spinach & feta
 
Ingredients:
  • 250 g Azuki soya spaghetti
  • 200 g spinach
  • 40 g feta, crumbled
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp organic olive oil
  • SPS (salt, pepper, sugar)
Preparation:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, toss the spinach in it until it has collapsed a little and season with SPS.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water for 5 minutes until al dente.
  3. Divide the pasta between plates and serve with the spinach, feta, walnuts and dried oregano.
