Apply generously before sun exposure. Reapply repeatedly, especially when sweating or after being in the water. Avoid excessive sun exposure despite sun protection. Even sunscreens with a high sun protection factor do not offer complete protection against UV rays. Small amounts reduce the protective effect considerably. Protect babies and small children from direct sunlight.
