In der Verwendung ein ganz normaler Backpapier. Je nach verwendeter Hitze und Verunreinigung kann man es problemlos mehrmals verwenden. Spannend ist die Kompostierbarkeit: Wir werfen es tatsächlich einfach mit auf den Komposthaufen und konnten keine Rückstände mehr davon vorfinden, es ist also wirklich 100% kompostierbar, was ehrlich gesagt, ganz wundervoll ist.

I like to buy the baking paper again and again. Nothing sticks and - as long as the temperatures are not too high - it can be used several times. If necessary, just wipe it off. At very high temperatures or after repeated use, it becomes porous and can tear more easily. But it's similar with conventional baking paper. And here I am sure that I don't get any unwanted additives / coatings on the tray. After it has done its job, it ends up in the organic waste.

Ich kaufe das Backpapier immer wieder gerne nach. Nichts klebt an und es lässt sich - sofern die Temperaturen nicht allzu hoch sind - mehrfach verwenden. Falls nötig, einfach abwischen. Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen oder nach x-maligem Verwenden wird es porös und kann dann leichter reißen. Aber das ist bei konventionellem Backpapier ähnlich. Und hier bin ich sicher, dass ich mir keine ungewollten Zusatzstoffe / Beschichtungen aufs Blech hole. Nachdem es seinen Dienst getan hat, landet es im Biomüll.

Plätzchen, Back-Camembert, Pizza, Ofengemüse, Pommes, Flammkuchen - dieses Backpapier macht immer einen guten Job. Ich kauf auch lieber die Rolle, weil ich oft nur relativ wenig davon brauche und dann einfach nach Bedarf abschneiden kann.
