Application:
1. Place the bag upside down on the baking tray, place the dish in the center.
2. Fold the open end of the bag several times upwards and push the baking tray into the oven.
3. At the end remove from the oven, allow to cool, then carefully open the top of the bag (cooking time varies by size and type of food)

Additional Information:
The bottom of the bag has been specially designed for cooking, allowing water vapor to circulate, making the bag impervious to water and should not be filled with too much liquid. The best is to burst the dishes in the middle and not overfill the bag.
For a delicious sauce just after cooking mix some water or cream and flour with the cooking liquid.
