Stir 2 level measuring spoons of Multi-Mineral Basis into cold or warm food in the morning and evening. Multi-Mineral Base can also be stirred into fruit juice, tea or water (approx. 200 ml). Multi-Mineral Base goes very well with yoghurt or muesli.
Daily portion: 4 level measuring spoons = 32 g
