he mineral spray can be sprayed directly onto the skin and then gently massaged in. If required, the application is also possible several times a day. After about 10 minutes, the possible rest of the magnesium oil can be washed off with clear water. Recommended are 10 to 15 spray strokes. With 15 spray strokes you get 210 mg of pure magnesium.

Hübner Basic Balance Magnesium Oil does not contain any oil and is only referred to as oil because of the oily consistency.
