Hübner Iron Vital Kompakt, 30 chewable tablets. The special thing about the chewable tablets are the microfine iron globules. They are coated with a lecithin-based coating and therefore pass through the stomach as far as possible. The iron from the iron globules is thus mainly released in the upper small intestine.

One chewable tablet contains 15 mg iron. Women of childbearing age should take 1 chewable tablet daily, pregnant women 2 chewable tablets daily. For optimum iron absorption, the manufacturer recommends taking the chewable tablets at different times to meals.

The chewable tablets have an amazingly good taste. As a permanent food supplement in a predominantly vegetarian diet, they provide me with a very satisfactory (blood) iron level.

Die Kautabletten haben einen geradezu erstaunlich guten Geschmack. Als dauerhafte Nahrungsergänzung bei überwiegend vegetarischer Ernährung sorgen sie bei mir für einen sehr zufriedenstellenden (Blut-) Eisenspiegel.
