Shake well before use.
Shortly before going to bed, if you want to fall asleep again at night or in case of jet lag (on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and on the first few days after arriving at your destination): spray 2 puffs under the tongue and swallow. Hold the bottle upright. When using for the first time, prime the pump with 2-3 sprays.

Filler sorbitol, water, stabiliser glycerine, ethanol, golden poppy extract, lemon juice concentrate, melatonin, natural flavouring, sweetener steviol glycosides from stevia.
